I have a similar problem, boredom or emotional eating I think is a common problem for anyone trying to lose weight. Your best thing is to try and keep your mind occupied, if you're bored instead of reaching for a snack go for a walk or do something energetic. Also drink plenty of water it really does help. Good luck x

As long as there is a calorie deficit then yes, you will lose weight however I wouldn't recommend eating like that all the time because you wont get any of the health benefits from losing the weight but the occasional treat wont hurt! My official weigh day is a Wednesday... I always have doritos & chocolate on a Wednesday…

I use the readymade slimfast shakes to avoid eating too much at the moment (I'm restricted by my doctor to 1500-1600 calories a day) I find it helps stop me feeling hungry xx

Hi hun, I'm in a similar situation. I'm 32 and have 74 lbs to lose. The best advice I've had is to lose slowly, the slower you lose the more your body (and skin!) has chance to get used to the changes you're making and can adapt. Swimming helps as well but I don't dare to bare in a cossie yet so not going to attempt that…

I'm in! I have 74lbs to lose so 50 is defo a good place to start! I have a holiday booked for next July to Tenerife so want to be Bikini ready :)
