I used it off and on for years. It works great when I use it, but I don't want a quick chemical fix anymore. I want to make lifestyle changes that I will stick to. It also made me an insomniac.

I'm in ATL, too, Shannon! I have started acupuncture and my doctor gave me a recipe for a cleansing smoothie. I just made it for the first time today. It tasted pretty good. Fruit is also my downfall. Mangos are like crack cocaine for me.

Hey! I'm a newbie, too. I also have a fitbit one and I adore it. If you can, get the fitbit aria scale. That has really helped me with the little bit of weight I've managed to lose. I'm also a fellow dog lover!
