Update...5 months 46 lbs... I have hit a plateau and was really discouraged.. I had been going to the gym atleast 5 times a week and frequent 3 mile walks with my mom and the scale was not moving .. I was encouraged to take new photos and even though the scale has not moved in 3 weeks I’m definitely seeing results!

This is only 4 months in... but my motivation is through the roof and my husband is a big supporter!

I started this long journey about 5 weeks ago and the scale only shows a 13lb weight loss ... however I can now walk up the stairs without being out of breath and I look forward to the gym each day! Plus I put on a pair of my work pants this morning and had to use a belt!

I just started 3 weeks ago and have lost 9lbs working my butt off to get to a healthy weight. Started at 302 down to 293 and I weight in tomorrow!! I am determined to loose 100 lbs by at least christmas so I can start shopping for a wedding dress! There are so many choices for smaller sizes..

Eat the pizza... We ordered pizza last Thursday .. I had 1300 calories left after exercise and had 3 slices... My weigh in day is on Friday morning... Lost 3 lbs!!! If you don't let yourself eat the things you want you will regret it later when you are hiding in the closet with a candy bar!!! LOL Ive done it!!! As long as…
