Hi, I had Gastric Bypass on 9-9-2014. It can be a tough road but well worth it. I have already lost 45 pounds since my surgery 2 months ago. Actually I do use a food scale. As I said, i measure and weigh everything. A little OCD about it. I might overestimate calories burned. i don't really know how MFP figures out the numbers. Good though... I worried.
