My favorite breakfast that I am able to bring to work is two packages of greek yogurt and one scoop of whey protein. Its 420 calories 46 carbs 2 fats 52 protein 200mg sodium 1 gram fiber. Hope this helps :)

When I did insanity I had just gotten my black belt in tae kwon do and guess what? id advise not looking at the scales simply because you will be eliminating fat but youll be replacing it with lean muscle which is much havier than fat. I did insanity a few months ago and it really does make a difference no matter what fitness level you are at, so dont give up!!!! Keep kickin your butt day in and day out…
