Here go check this calculator out it gives you a p[retty good idea of the range you need then you can tweek it to how it best suits you. Well, some people are more carb sensitive than other people. You could always try lowering the carbs and upping your protein intake to balance out and just test drive it for a couple weeks. I agree with MrM27, I always eat whatever I want just in controlled portions and as long as it fits into my macros for the day then no worries at all :) So on labor day I'll have whatever the hell I want :)

Well it could be water weight do you weigh yourself right when you wake up with no clothes on? Weighing yourself at the same time everyday helps keep everything consistent. And any chance that it could just be muscle mass? Muscle does weigh more than fat :)
