I go to the YMCA in the afternoon and take advantage of the Pool, plus Hot tub, and steam room. In the morning I walk at least 2-3 miles. Trying to get through the next few months and into good weather.

Very much the same for me here...14 months ago I was 235, today I am 160lbs.. I have been stuck at 160 for about 3 months now. I am very active, 4 mile fast walks in the am and swim at the Y in the afternoon...I stick with 1200 calories faithfully. Seem to just hang at this weight level???? Id like to lose another 10 lbs.…

Don't let your age disappoint yourself. I am 64 male and had the same weight problem. I took care of it, you can too. Stick with MFP and exercise 60 min a day! Drink a lot of water!! I shed approx. 60 lbs in 6 months doing this... 1200 calories a day!! Good luck, add me if u wish.. Bill

Mike it is possible to make it to 160lbs. Stay with 1200 calories a day !! Then walk or run for an hour a day, atleast. Do it when u can...Do not eat after 6pm.. Drink water only...coffee is ok...
