  • Very good - I'm going to go with this and hope I don't gain! It seems like alot if you burn 500 calories a day to do this, but I'm going to give it a shot - thanks!
  • I wish the tracker had the option to net out only half of the exercise calories...I'm not missing that capability somewhere, am I?
  • Hi, I'm new too and I wondered the same thing! It seems if you want to "jump start" your weight loss you should not "net out" the fitness calories. I burn about 500 calories a day and my calorie goal is 1,200. Is it really BAD to not figure the fitness into the daily calories?
