Confident Sane Practical Logical Compassionate Affectionate Intelligent Respectful of others and herself Has not slept around. I’m not talking about a virgin here, but if you have slept with a basketball team or as in my buddy's case, a football team worth of men then...NO! Really looks are not all that important to me.…

"Calories Burned From Normal Daily Activity: 2,840 calories/day" --This is how many calories you would burn if you laid in bed all day watching Oprah and eating Oreos. Crying not included. "Your Daily Goal: 1,500.0 calories/ day" --Umm...this is your goal. This is what you aim to actually eat every day. "Daily Calorie…

There is either more sugar, or equal amounts of sugar in low fat milk (2%) compared to whole milk. So I am not sure how whole milk makes you go over your sugar allowance, but 2% does not. What brand do you drink?

"you need to go back to highschool" Well...It would appear as though you need the remedial training here. Might I suggest reading comprehension?

This is a logic trap. Nothing weighs more than anything else when you measure it all by equal weights. Of course, nothing is scientifically measured this way. Everything has a weight by volume and a specific gravity. So, muscle does weigh more than fat as the specific gravity is higher. 1. The density of mammalian skeletal…

This topic is a tough one. Some will say eat before, and they are right. Some will say eat after, and they are right too. The difference is in your stage and goals. If you are an athlete with low fat stores then eating before is most likely the right answer. If you are trying to lose weight (excess fat stores) then eating…

Starvation mode is a myth for people with fat stores. In fact it doesn’t even make real sense. Your body builds fat stores to be used in starvation times. So yeah...it gets burned. And not at a lower rate. That wouldn’t even make sense. So your body is not running optimally now but if you starve yourself it will? Pfft.…

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but this statement shows a real lack of understanding with the "Don't eat after 7" myth. What it boils down to in this myth is that the average person would be in bed at 9pm. This would then mean that you would be eating within a 2 hour window of sleeping. Of course this is a myth;…

7-8lbs is very do-able. But remember that less is not more. If your calorie deficit is too high, your body will go into starvation mode and retain weight. The deficit of 500 calories is reasonable. And equates to 1 lb a week. But some find success at 1k deficits. It is all about what works for you.
