Of the 3, I like Eli best. My wife and I kind of worked over a list until we were down to a few. Then, for me, names stood out more when I could connect them to someone I liked or admired. If you haven't tried this already, google 'weight chart". Weight watchers puts your healty range at 132 to 164 lbs.

I usually eat two hard boiled eggs or scramble up a couple for breakfast. I stay full until lunch even though I work out on the way to work. I'm not eggsaggerating

Exercise adds to the big green number on the home page of MFP. My goal is make that number as big as possible without feeling rediculously hungry. As long as the calories remaining stays green, I've checked the block but the bigger the delta, the better I feel about what I have accomplished.

54 - I started in January and am down 25 pounds. I'm trying the Atkins diet. It's working and I feel great but it's hard for me to believe that eating cheese and avoiding fruit is healthy.

I'm doing atkins and it's working. I try to fill the carbs I allow myself with vegtables. I feel great. I did learn that I still need to keep an eye on calories to loose weight. I eat between 1,300 to 1,800 calories per day.
