My cholestorol was trending high (just over 200). After cutting carbs and eating more protein including 2 eggs every morning, my cholestorol has dropped substantially (161)

Bump - These pictures are just amazing

I agree with the rest. As vices go, sushi is not a bad one. Eat some sushi and feel good about what you are doing for you and your family

10 for lonelytylenol's MFP name

I grill an inexpensive steak like london broil and slice it thin. If you feel like a snack, have a piece of steak or include it in a salad

If you normally can run longer than I'm guessing your bad day was more emotional than physical. Stress at work may be a contributor. Sometimes as a start a run, it seems like my body is telling me to stop but I find if I run through it eventually I get I feel better. My advice if it happens Friday, keep running until you…

I suggest you go to the gym, doctor or YMCA and check which is right using a big scale

One of the most inspirational stories yet. Way to go. You probably added 30 or 40 years to your life. Great moral - never give up.

Here's my 2 cents. First your other half owes you a warning so you don't eat dinner before you go out. Second, agree on a place ahead of time so you can look the menu up and decide what you are going to eat when you get there. Stick with the plan and you won't feel guilty or want to hurl. Red Robin has a cool interactive…

Good luck Kim. Know that you are taking this journey with a lot of other people who are happy to share experiences and provide encouragement.

Hi Marina, I don't know if english is your second language but if it is - you are amazing and if you write portuguese as well as you write english, that is even more impressive

I mentioned it on another message. I love that the seatbelt on airplanes has a longer tail.

Wow - Now I know a lot more about egg grading. I'm sticking with grade A

Don't give up. It will be much for rewarding if you hit the goal. It will happen. Be patient and enjoy the benefits of the weight you have already lost

Have you been on a space ship lately. Sorry, just watched alien. (LOL)

You're in it for the long run. One bad day makes little difference. The fun time you had tonight trumps the few extra calories for the day

Not trying to scare you but it might be a good idea to call a health line, especially if you still don't feel right.. The numb part seems a little odd combined with feeling sick.

Since you posted the topic and especially the title you are concerned. Get expert advice. You risk organ damage. There are therapists that specialize in eating disorders. It's a small investment in your long term health.

Great news. My mom and I are relieved

I'm with my mom on mother's day and she's worried about you. Have things sorted out

Alka selter or gasX if you have them but I'm with the others better safe than sorry. I'd go to ER.

One more point. If you are truly concerned that your sister has an eating disorder and is heading down a dangerous path, you can't just let it drop. She is probably just dieting the way she wants and will find a balance eventually. But if you think it's more serious than that, get some help. Enlist others. You may damage…

Talk about MFP and the addition of social networking to traditional dieting. You could go through the various features and then give some case studies where people were helped

I think most dieters look at each day as a stand alone. The problem is, you can justify overeating by saying tomorrow I'll eat less. It's a slippery slope.
