I only just managed it haha! I do love the workouts on there though...the variety is great so regardless of the calorie counts....it's still a winner

I noticed on the 3 I have done that my HRM records lower than the guides. I did one of the 1000 calorie workouts over the weekend and only reached 590 (lower end guide was around 700) Not sure about the shorter videos though....I'll be doing those this weekend so I'll see

I dont think it helps that we keep accommodating it. I myself have lost about 60lbs as in the UK it is even harder to come by fashionable plus size clothing but it's my husband's story I want to share. We went to a theme park in the UK and he was removed from the ride in front of a full carriage as he was too large - the…

I fractured my big toe last year and it did impact my balance, but I could do seated weights. I have my own spin bike and tried after a week but it was still too painful. It was 3 weeks before I could spin and 6 weeks before high impact (e.g. running) I would suggest focussing on weights for a couple of weeks to protect…

I had the exact same issue when I gained weight and hated looking at myself. I had an uplift and, quite honestly, it was one of the best things I have done. They look natural - not right up at my chin - but back where they should be It was a bit painful afterwards, although I have had lipo-sculpture on the bottoms of my…

Hi I don't have an explanation for you but the same thing has happened to me. After about a year on fluoxetine (prozac), I started to come off and my weight went from 135lbs up to 157lbs from December to March and I wasn't eating crap! I also continued to exercise 4-5 times a week but whatever I did, the weight kept…

Hi! This time last year, I reached lowest of the low and actually those "crazy" thoughts that shall not be discussed crossed my mind. I was put on leave from work, tablets from the DR and a course of therapy. Now, I could have sat on my *kitten* every day for 8 weeks - that's how long I was off work for - but I didn't. I…

I am 5'4" but with short legs! When I am at a push....I can manage just over 6 mph but I feel like I am basically sprinting! A comfortable run for me is about 5 but I have loads of tall friends / with long legs who for them, my pace is slow I just think as long as I am pushing myself, it doesnt matter to me if people are…

I have 4 goals to get me to my end result - and only 1 of them is food! When I hit 142lbs (I normally plateau at 144 so this was key), I had a 30 minute massage. The next goals are: 139lbs - breakfast in a restaurant 133lbs - 60 minute massage 126lbs - designer jeans & goal weight achieved

I live in the UK and I remember it well I was just finishing a day at school and my mum came to pick me up and said "something terrible has happened" I got home, turned on the TV - and watched...not believing my eyes Unfortunately, this happened again a few years later in 2005 with the London bombings - only this time, I…

Just logged the day - convinced it would go over and I am actually left with 17 calories!

Thanks for all of the responses. Seems to me the general idea is even if I want a day as described, to log and just get on with the next day - just not worry too much if it's in the red - although that will be the red for weight loss as opposed to maintenance
