I am in a similar boat. I was down close to 121 in March and now have gained almost all my weight back and am hovering around 130. I would like to be 125 by Thanksgiving! lets do it ladies!!

I had alot of issues with mood swings and feeling down before I started working out regularly. Now I feel great and the little things dont get to me nearly as much my boyfriend has even pointed out how much happier I seem (and less snappy :) )

just to clarify, the official start date is June 1, but you can weigh in a few days early or later if need be, just do your other weigh ins in sync with the group its never too early to start :)
