Pretty sure it's normal. =) Mine was a little late as well this week, and I often hear sudden weight loss or gain can mess with your cycle.

I also have the same issue, however it usually doesn't last for more than a day with me. Such as yesterday was a bad day for it. They say exercise helps relieve stress.. not for me, it just makes me more upset for some reason. Perhaps be extra active for a few days? To get back in to the swing of things.

I felt better after only a week. Don't feel so weighed down, and have a bit more energy to get from point A to point B, however physically I havn't noticed anything. I'm expecting it to take about a month before I see anything physical as well. Just keep at it! =)

Well, mine started mentally. From age 11-18 I was with a guy who was.. well, abusive. He would hit me, down my artistic skill and tell me I couldn't draw, and would mentally just plain out abuse me. I am so with you on that! I have 2 shirts and 1 pair of shorts that fit me, that's it, so i'm looking forward to being able to fit in to some new clothing or some old. =) I'd also like to be able to wear a Bikini for the first time in my life. Energy too, oh god i'd love some energy, haha.

They're pretty good to me, though like anything they'll take practice. Much of the time the steps they teach you will look nothing like the way they do it when quickly, so just do your best. =) Worth getting if you're unable to get to a gym i'd say.

I know exactly how you feel, i'm the exact same way. I get very discouraged when I don't see some sort of results. Eventually though, we just have to do what's right and what's best, and stick to it! Persistence does pay off, and just think of all the energy you'll have to play with your daughter! Gyms are pretty boring…

3 eggs, 1/4 jug of milk, ham slices, crisco, 1/4 jug of water, and various condiments(Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo, Tarter Sauce, etc). Literally about it haha.

Having a thigh gap on a frame bigger than pretty much tiny(Like asians) is a bit.. ew. Stick figure legs don't really look good on anybody unless you have a tiny frame. Women were meant to have curves, nut be straight up and down like a board. No offense to any ladies who are naturally less curvy of course! D=
