Eggs benedict - sauce on the side. The eggs are poached & it's made with canadian bacon (which only has about 35 calories per slice. Really - eggs are under-rated for diets. They may be high in cholesterol, but are really good for you. Enjoy

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this! Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them…

My workouts are getting pretty tedious (ie: not much variety). I'm switching up cardio with strength training, but I find myself doing the same routine weekly. My options are a little limited (my lower back doesn't cooperate with some exercises). What is everybody doing for their workouts? Or does anybody know a good…

I've been married 20 years now & it's always been a rare occasion to have my hubby stand up to his mom. It was really frustrating when the kids were little. You need to praise him over & over & over & over again. Then when you're done praising him, give him an early birthday present.

I went short several years ago - love it short. Right now, I need a change so I am growing it out again... Change is good - go for it!

I use the elliptical quite a bit at our gym. I don't know if I'd buy it for home though (it makes my feet go numb when I'm on it too long). Call the gym's in your area - alot of them will give you a free trial week. Go in & try the equipment to see which one would be best in your home. Good Luck.

When was your last free day? If it's been a while, make it today & don't worry about it. Tomorrow will be better :flowerforyou:

Joanna - maybe you'll need to talk your hubby into a nice vacation to Mexico to wear that swimsuit  Great story. One of these days I will try all of your recipes

60 Minutes Correspondent Andy Rooney (CBS) As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why: * A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, "What are you thinking?" She doesn't care what you think. * If a woman over 40 doesn't want to watch the game, she…
