Chantix... after smoking for 20 years. I quit 3 months ago, only needed it for a month & 1/2 - you may have to bump out your quit date because you need to start taking it before you actually quit. Our health insurance covered it - so it only cost me our co-pay :smile:

It looks like you are in the same boat as I am... age & maybe weight wise... There was a post under food & nutrition - "Are you eating 1200 calorie a day?" I'll do a bump to get it to the top. Hope it helps...

Now that I've lost a few pounds - I look much better in my jeans, but take them off :noway: I'm not sure if it's cellulite or what, but when I had the extra weight there, at least my buns were smooth. Does anybody have any remedies?

Raw celery - your body burns more calories digesting it than it actually contains... that's about all I know on the subject :tongue:

You have got to be kidding me!!!! I've had alot of lower back problems & actually went to my doctor because of the numbness... x-rays, bloodtests - he referred me to a neurologist because he couldn't figure it out- appointment next week - guess I'll cancel it :ohwell:

PMS... the older I get the more often it seems to erupt :explode: Hopefully menopause will take over & I won't get my period anymore - I certainly don't need it for anything :wink: Any whoo.. thanks for the advice!

Most mornings, I eat peanut butter & jelly on toasted pumpernickle with a glass of milk. I don't have time to prepare oatmeal or cut up fruit, etc. I also buy a whole grain rye bread from Trader Joes - it is definately "whole" grain. It's cut about 1/4 inch thick & 100 cals per slice. I'm 5'6" so I got the 65 inch ball. It feels a little too low for my legs (even though it looks high enough next to my chair). I'll give it a couple days & see. I think I may bring this one home & get the 75 inch for work.
