I know this is an older thread but since it's a new program and works are in progress I wanted to update. I'm now in the middle of week 7 (week 2 of beta). I've done 4 weeks of T25 now and am down 6 lbs... halfway to my 12 lb goal (I am only slightly overweight so this is a great thing to kick me off that plateau and down to where I should be).
