I've used a Body Media arm band in the past and I really liked it for it's accuracy. I dislike that you have this band around your upper arm that everyone asks questions about. I technically started on Tuesday this week -- but forgot on Wednesday, so even though today should be my rest day, I'm going to do Day 3 (which I believe is 70 squats.) I've been doing them all at once, but I see that it's okay to do them throughout the day -- which will be good when I hit that triple-digits.
