I like to hit the local market & get in season veggies!!!!! You can find a million recipes for anything & whatever level of food preparation you have or desire to put into the task. I personally love a challenge & Pinterest for new veggies or fruits I haven't used.

HR monitors have to be better than MFP estimates. I'm obsessed with mine & I think it's a wonderful motivator!

I didn't realize how off MFP is with exercise until I got my HR monitor. :) Depends on the day & how hungry I am. I usually have 1 higher calorie day when I splurge for things I didn't eat all week!

I get the opposite. Yesterday the elliptical was about 10-20 calories off with machine higher and MFP was 70 calories higher. I always go with the HRM.

I lost 37 pounds by May of 2013 with 10 pounds until goal. On May 9th my father drowned and June 25th I lost my job of 15.5 years. 4'11 but I lie & say 5'0 SW:179 CW:165 GW:130 -eating about 1500 calories daily & doing at least 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. Just started Jillian Michaels Body Rev last Thursday! Also love kickboxing. I need some Yoga in my life though!

I quit 3 years ago and every time I wanted one, I cleaned something. Sounds crazy but from dressers to closets to the attic whatever I had been ignoring or didn't want to deal with I finally took care of it. In time the urge passes. I smoked outside so it being really cold helped too!

Eating everything in moderation & as silly as it sounds taking 20 minutes to eat a meal. Most the time I don't finish the serving size I have, instead of killing it & getting 2nds.

Bahahaha. Very funny! Me too, dropping all the previous "diet" rules I normally follow for a new moderation approach. I'm not going without, it doesn't work! Enjoy your ride!
