No one I REPEAT NO ONE can work off a bad diet! Research your TDEE and maybe go by those calories so your not working out to have bad stuff.

I eat at TDEE & used scoobysworkshop & iifym calculators online for my numbers. Seems to be working amazingly! I was stalled, 8 weeks I was only down 2 lbs, since switching to TDEE down 4 lbs in 3 weeks & super close to goal! :) I do 25% decrease. Slow & steady baby! :-)

P90X3 which means only 30 minute workouts. I love it! Very comparable to JMBR but harder. I couldn't hv done it 1st for sure. I run 3 days a week too.

I'm 4'11. I lie & say 5'. This 29 lbs is like 50 on a short girl. I just have to stay my course. I have given nothing up & use moderation! :)

I have finished week 5 today. Most if the workouts are 120-275 calories with my HRM. I know that's not what HRM are for but it's the best estimate I got. I run 2-3 miles 3 days a week along with the X3. Rest day I do Dynamix & team volley ball. I would use 6 days a week but remember it's only 30 minute & on some days like…

I count it!!!! Has to be no sweetner or milk though. To me it's no different than adding lemon or lime to water! It counts according to webmd. It's on the internet it has to be true! ;)

I ate vegetarian for only 2 weeks & I've felt the same way. I'm anemic so both protein & my iron was suffering. I'm sure it's my own ignorance but my workouts seem stronger again as well. Good luck!

Actually I up'd them to 1720 & not going to eat back exercise calories.

I started at 168 pounds I'm 4'11-5'. I'm 38 & until this week I have been eating 1500 net daily. With exercise usually 60-90 mins 6 days a week. My average is over a pound a week. Now that means no loss some weeks & more than 1 pound other weeks.

Great job!!!! I have completed this program as well. I did not follow the diet. My results were very similar inches wise. Jillian will always be my favorite! I love to hate her! lol. :)

I have the Polar FT4 and love it but I don't really know any better cause I've never used any other kind. I can tell you it has made a huge difference for me to reach my goals. It was the exact tool I was lacking. Good luck!

Invest in a HRM most likely the treadmill over estimates. I started with Leslie & Jillian as well. The key is finding something you like and you will continue to do. Good luck!

Haha. This. But if your going for calories Bud Select is a regular beer with 99 calories & only 3.5 carbs. Bud Select Light is water! ;)
