So far so good! Kept my over day to 533 calories & didn't over drink/eat at a bachelorette party. Now let's see how I do at the wedding Friday!

Complete opposite here! Down 6 inches in my waist alone but only 24 pounds. I completed Jillian Michael's Body Revolution with additional Taebo cardio & Resistance Cord training. I try to do something for at least 30 minutes everyday.

I purposely pick 1 day a week & eat over my calories by 500-1000 calories for my "cheats". I needed this to keep my focus. Food is easy for me it's alcohol & motivation to workout I struggle with! I love black beans personally! Pinterest has lots of recipes. I make most of my beans in a crockpot & I use bagged ones too, super cheap & low sodium! Good luck! I'm making stuffed peppers tomorrow,but with black beans instead of rice!

I decided I need to put me 1st sometimes. I take care of the kids, dogs, hubby, house, school, activities, dinner, etc. Exercise is for me to succeed. Eating more or having some adult drinks sometimes work as well! :drinker:

I do it. It's a mental thing for me to keep focus. I usually do it on Fridays to have a few beers! Even when I reach maintenance I need to know how to have these extra cheats in my life without going crazy. Helps me feel less & less like a diet I guess.
