Just finished Day 9 of the Shred. It was a lot harder then I thought it would be. I really had to push myself today. I think i over did it yesterday (I burned almost 1200 calories) and I'm paying for it today.

I just finished Day 8! My legs are constantly sore, not aching but I'm very aware of them at all times. I just cheated and watched the level 2.... it looks a lot harder then level 1. I hope I'm up for it!

Day 7 complete. It was a bit harder then I thought as I'm a little hungover today, but I did it! I still did my 100 jumping jacks afterwards, but I couldn't muster up the energy to do anything else today. I'll have to push myself a bit harder tomorrow. :happy:

Day 6 complete! I'm aiming to not have any rest days.

Day 5 complete. Not sore anymore, but still feeling the burn. I did 100 jumping jacks at the end again.

Day 4 complete! I'm no longer sore, but I feel it as I'm doing everything. I've upped my weights from 3lb to 5lbs for everything except the anterior raises (just can't do more then 3lbs near the end). I've added my 100 bonus jumping jacks at the end again. I'm loving it. I feel more energized at the end.

Day 3 complete. I was fairly sore today so I thought it would be really hard to push myself through today's session, but surprisingly, it wasn't bad at all. I've also decided to kick it up a notch and do 100 jumping jacks at the end of my Shred workouts.

Finished day 2! I'm mixing up 3 and 5lb weights for the exercises. I'm ore all over, but in a good way. I'll be adding in extra exercise when I can. I can't wait to see the results. I measured and weighed myself on day 1. I'll do it again on day 11, day 21 and day 31. That will give me 10 full days on each program to…

Day 1 down for me! It was good. Intense. I have a HRM and it says I burned 300calories. I logged it under high intensity aerobics I think.

I was already planning on starting it Monday anyway. I guess that means I'm in! I'm going to take all my measurements and weight Monday morning. I think I'll do it again at the 10 day mark, 20 and then the final at 30. Is there any special diet to go with it?

There is a fitness guide to tell you what to do on each day and descriptions of all the exercises as well a nutrition guide with what to eat during each of the three months in phases and recipe guide. They are a big part of your sucess. Hope that helps

Personally, I believe workout socks make a difference over regular cotton socks. They wick away moisture and i find my feet aren't as tired and sore after high intensity workouts. I considered splurging on the $10+ a pair brand name ones, but tried the Walmart ones first. They work well and were a fraction of the price.…
