I have the Banish Fat one and I love it for the calorie burn. There are a few moves from the 30Day Shred that she uses in it. I'm the opposite. I did the 30 Day Shred all last month (it took me 31 days because i lost power one night and couldn't do it). I did it straight everyday, which is what you are suppose to do. It's less then 30 minutes a day so I find it's not too hard to do everyday. If it was more like 1 hour, then you'd want to take…

Ok, so I just finished Day 30 of The Shred. I'm exhausted! I think I'm going to start the JM Boost Metabolism DVD tomorrow. So, I'm down 4 lbs. I'm also down 1/2 inch on my biceps, 2 inches on my chest, 1 inch on my waist, 2 inches off my hips and about 1/2-3/4inch off my thighs!!!! I'd call that success! Honestly, I think…

I just finished Day 29/30. I'm going to do my last one tomorrow, then I'll post my progress. I know I'm down a few inches, but I'm not 100% on the exact number.

I just did Day 27 of the Shred. I missed Friday, not because i wanted to, but my power was out all evening. I'm pretty annoyed that I'm a day behind, but I still only have 3 days left.

Day 25 is complete! I was able to kick my knees higher doing the "rockstars" tonight! I can feel myself getting stronger. I even felt some definition on the back of my shoulders that wasn't there before. Lovin' it!

Day 24 is over! I rocked it! Like the other levels, once you get used to the moves they don't seem so bad, but still really tough. I can't decide what to do once this is all over. Any other DVD suggestions?

Alright, day 23 is complete! Only 1 week to go! I wasn't as fatigues tonight as I was last night. That's promising. I have noticed some changes kind of all over. I feel stronger too.

Day 22 done! Level 3 is awesome, in a hard way. Only 8 days to go!

Ok, so I just completed day 21, which is Day 1 of Level 3! It was tough, but in a different way. endurance is the key to this level. Not too much on the strength side of things, but tons of plyo moves. Gonna be a hard 9 more days

Today was my last day of Level 2! Wow, 20 days already. I actually did level 1 and 2 today. Tomorrow I'm onto Level 3. I'm excited to do it. I used to do a lot of plyo moves two years ago when I worked with a trainer, so I can't wait to get back into it.

Day 19 down, 11 to go! I did both Level 1 and Level 2 tonight. I use a Heart Rate Monitor watch and I burned 573 calories in just under an hour! Love it!

Day 18 done! My flu shot yesterday dsid not slow me down today. Gettin' there!

Just finished Day 17 of The Shred. I was not into it at all! I did it though. I got my flu shot today, so tomorrow will be interesting. My arm is already a little sore, hopefully I'll be able to get through tomorrow's workout.

Day 16 down. I'm feeling good too. I started yesterday doing both level 1 and 2. I did both today as well. It was hard, but I think it's going to be worth it. It was really surprising what a walk in the park Level 1 seems now. 14 days left!

Day 5 of Level 2 done, that puts me at day 15 total, A.K.A. HALF WAY THERE!!! Can you tell I'm pumped?

Day 14 down, 16 to go! It wasn't so bad today, but I was a little shaky cause I went for a 8km walk before doing the video

I did Day 13, Level 2 today. It was much better knowing what to expect. Still really hard, but I'm starting to feel like it's all worth it. I'm feeling tighter. I may be mistaking it for soreness heehee :blushing:

Day 12 complete! It wasn't as bad as yesterday, now that I knew what to expect.

So I finished Day 11, which is Level 2. Holy, hard! What a difference after doing the same thing for 10 days! My shoulders are so shaky! I can't believe all the plank moves. It's good though. I can see how it will help tone up.

Yea for me!!!! Day 10 complete, which means Level 1 complete!!!! I'm a bit scared for tomorrow, it looks like it's a lot more intense then Level 1. I'll let you know tomorrow.
