I totally forgot..... I cut up and added 2 pieces of turkey bacon while browning the meat. My kids had just ketchup, I had ketchup and lots of mustard, my husband had miracle whip burger sauce which was way more calories. The bacon was great in it.

I made this tonight swapping the cheese for 2% velveeta because it's what I had available. Everyone loved it! Thank you! It's going in my recipe book!

Protein helps me stay full longer. Oatmeal never works for me. Breakfast if I have egg beaters or egg whites on a breakfast sandwich it keeps me more satisfied the rest of the day.
