I ate on track today, and walked to work instead of riding the bus. It's only a little more than half a mile each way, but it's the little things that count, right?

Today was good. Did an hour at the gym with my personal trainer this morning and did 30 minutes of zumba this evening. I also stayed under my calorie goal.
