I went down a shirt size and a pant size recently and I have found some really great deals from shopping Old Navy online. I hope to lose a couple more sizes so I figure I will go cheap until I hit my goal and then maybe splurge on a couple of nice things in that size!

If it fits then go for it! I have a problem with only having 1 or 2 and I also tend to want to eat everything after having some drinks so I try and stay away from it unless it's a special occasion.

I've never been able to stay motivated enough to go to the gym regularly. I do workouts from home now and I just start them soon after I get up in the morning so I don't have much time to think about it.

I used to be all about the holiday themed creamers (Pumpkin Spice, Gingerbread Latte, etc.), then moved to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and cinnamon when I started here, and now I am just drinking black coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon. I decided that I prefer to use my calories elsewhere. :smile:

I eat it often when I am trying to lose and not so much otherwise. I do like it with tabasco sauce and I love how easy and nutritious it is, but I don't think I would choose to eat it just because.

Oh man! This is seriously the best thread! I wish I had taken some before pics, but I hated what I looked like so much that I couldn't even bring myself to do it.
