You made the decision, log it and own it. But I have found that logging alone will not help me lose weight. I have to make a decision about what I am going to eat, before I log it.

Ha ha, that's a good attitude. I think its all about what a person wants. I eat what I want then log and I only lose 1 pound a week, I need to make better decisions to get my weight loss moving a bit faster.
