HUGE portions of Doritos, whole pizzas, large quizno subs, Panera sanwiches with soup and chips and bread, spaghetti, bottle caps, blizzards, chili cheese dogs, philly cheese steaks, and JAGERMEISTER....man I miss my jager.

just wanted to add that i have tried many different kinds of slimmers and spanx by far beat them all. they are pricier but worth it and they last forever. totally seemless with whatever you wear :)

i LOVE spanx :) definitely go with the higher waist ones. i have nude colored. they dont roll either and make your shape much more appealing. kinda smooths everything out :) go the spanx website. they have tons to choose from.

im finishing my second bottle of hydroxycut caffeine free pills. I LOVE these because they dont give me the jitters or make me feel like a bucket of smashed buttholes. they definitely curb my appetite (which is HUGE) but as far as helping with weight loss....im not 100% sure. i have tons of muscle and still weight train 3 times a week too. just by cutting calories this will still diminish my muscle?

yes, i would like to get down to about 135. I started out at 162 and it just seems to take forever to lose a lb. i eat there about once a week ;) i only order soft chicken fresco tacos that are 150 calories though....i mean, if im burning 600 to 700 at the gym that day its like i never even consumed those tacos, right? i hope so. haha.

the kraft zesty italian fat free is only 15 calories/ 2 tablespoons....BUt since you are sick of it there are some light balsamic vinagarettes that run about 30 cal for 2 tablespoons :)
