ummm WHATEVER/ i lost 35 lbs on diet pills alone. OK IM LYING. I got NOTHING. good stuff. i actually did try diet pills...several times and NOTHING works LONG TERM except a healthy diet and some good ol fashioned exercise.

well, crap! (no pun intended;) i want to poop. im either having chocolate chip spray paint or nothing at all. boooooooooo. ive gone 9 days before with nothing...besides a huge uncomfortable gut.

i actually had a post about this not too long ago. apparently we have a spike in weight twice a month. once being mid cycle around ovulation and the other being when TOM is here. along with that you have 2 dips in weight through out the month :) dont sweat it.

lol. not many people know what it is. i figured it looked like a soda haha. good ol jamaicans gave us a 12 pack because we were still partying at 5 in the morning here.

i am also 5'5". my goal weight is set for 125 BUT everyone carries their weight differently. you can see by peoples pictures here. at my heaviest i weighed 162 and im now at 139lbs. so these are somewhat older .

I use the elliptical and i go about 170- 230 strides/ minute on an incline of 9 and will burn 600 calories in less than 40 minutues.

yes. apaprently you gain weight at mid cycle when you ovulate. perhaps a 1lb -3lbs then have a dip in weight a week before TOm then TOM comes and we gain weight again...after the *kitten* leaves we get our low body weight back again. what a rollercoaster of madness! thats enough to make one crazy lol.

i try to do them every time im at the gym. one day i might do back and shoulders or chest the next might be biceps and triceps and so on

thank you!!! hehehe. i have a 1250 calorie diet...always eat my exercise cals back too and mix heavy weight training with cardio...and the 30 day shred video on days i dont go to the gym.

i think the best thing you can do is to chart EVERYTHING. by doing this you will get a whole new idea in your head of whats going into your body. you will slowly become addicted to looking at everything and weighing things out along with eating a real serving size. in return this is going to benefit you for LIFE.
