Your numbers only add up to 82%. Did you mean 20% fat? It all depends on how you are working out. If you are doing a lot of cardio, your numbers are fine. If you are doing a good amount of strenght training, I would recommend upping your protein a little. My current ratios are 40/40/20. It has worked great for me. [/quote]…

a nice 5 minute warm up and then WEIGHTS. by doing this you will start by burning the sugar in your body....once you get to cardio your body will have already of burned thru the sugar and is now aiming for fat.

made my own seasoning just last night with ground turkey. i used garlic powder, paprika, pepper, chili powder, and oregano. i would have used some chopped onions but i was being lazy :)

MEXICAN food IS my weakness. thank you all so very much! i have been on a 1250 calorie diet. nothing serious. i still eat what i want but dont go over on fat, carbs, sugars, and (God willing) sodium....which is a killer for me so i drink as much water as i can. i have bumped up my calories to net 1300/day for a weight loss projection of .9lbs/week. Im having a really hard time thinking about eating extra calories...especially 1400 or 1500 a day for .5lb/ week weight loss. im seriously getting anxiety, anyone else go through this?

yes, eat back your excercise calories or at least 75% of them. MFP already has a deficit figured for you in your goals.

im pretty sure you could make any exercise into a HIIT session. As long as when you are spinning you are having those strong bursts and then doing an active recovery...over and over and over again ;) I just recently started doing this and it DOES kick your butt.
