im 5'4" and 130 lbs and i eat about 2000+ cals a day. i couldnt imagine that you would feel satisfied off 1200! I think you should really look into upping your intake...especially if you are working out.

i LOVE my new boobies. i didnt have anything to begin with but after my weight loss i was as flat as a board so i bought new ones and the only regret i have is not going a wee bit bigger! :laugh: LOVE the curve it gives instead of just having hips :) makes shiopping way more fun....just ask my husbands checking account.

i too started out at 1200 calories on here and have stalled out for months. i raised it to 1400-1500 now i eat any where from 1800-2400 cals. hoping to see some progress soon :) my TDEE (i weara bodybugg) on average is 2550

i eat lots of bread. i buy Healthy Life whole wheat bread. its 35 cals a slice and a total of 8 g of carbs a slice. Mmmm

if im not flexing i dont have muscles just popping out everywhere. i dont know why i feel the need to defend this because i wouldnt mind if idid but anywho, this was taken in november at my "skinniest" still around 130lbs. as you can see, muscles arent pouring out all over the place.

thanks for your opinion. heres the deal. my body doesnt look like this all the time. especially not my back. while walking around you dont see muscles sticking out everywhere. THESE PICTURES ARE ME FLEXING.

THANK YOU ALL for your wonderful supporative words (for those that do). it means a lot. I have worked really hard. i lift heavy about 3 or 4 days a week and have limited cardio. my cardio usually only consists of walking, running every now and again, but mostly a circuit training type of exercise. THANK YOU AGAIN!

made these last night with the butterscotch chips and used half PB2. SOoOo delicious. i ate a crap ton....and one this morning before i left for work.
