I like mine with creamy sauces, like carbonara. My other favorite way to eat spaghetti squash is to mix it with some good pesto and freshly grated parmesan cheese. SO yummy.

I like it with steel-cut oats and fruit (especially strawberries!). I also really like mixing it with mustard and random spices (whatever looks good to me at the moment I open my spice cupboard, lol), and using it as a veggie dip. Yummy!
