Fret not. Today is a new day. I can't even count the number of restarts I've had. I have fallen so far off the wagon at times, I can't even find the damn wagon anymore.

This week, I hit a PR at the gym. Power cleaned 115lbs for the first time. 10lbs more than my old PR. I was so stoked, I did it twice more.

I absolutely love spinning. I find it an excellent alternative cardio and easy on the joints. I was quickly hooked and bought my own spin bike which I use all the time at home. Excellent cardio burn.
