  • Do you have digital scales? They show 0.1 of a pound which gives you more idea how your doing. Also if you measure yourself then you may see progress that may not show up on the scales. Hope this helps. :smile:
  • Hi I'm Vic, 41 from Devon. Fairly new to MFP, found it purely by accident and lovin it :happy: had already lost 7lbs before joining and lost 3lbs since. Finding it much easier now, keeping an eye on calories is good as i don't do diets.:laugh:
  • Butter, cheese, creme caramel, red onion chutney, suet, mayo, marmalade, salad cream, tomatoes, ham, parmesan, mint, tomato sauce, jam, tartare sauce, milk and olive spread. Wow a very unhealthy fridge :laugh: but then i have a delivery of salad coming tomorrow:bigsmile:

  • I love graze boxes, it's a great way to try new or more healthy snacks, some of the foods i've never tried before. It is expensive but the variety makes it worth it.

  • Do you measure yourself if not start, you can't always see the changes but if you measure yourself you will, don't give up not now, it's just a dip, you'll be up and exercising your dogs in no time
  • Nothing - the weight comes off slower but i can stick to a moderation diet for life, the minute i say i'm not eating something i want it more than ever. I've binged and dieted most of my life, not any more :)
  • I won't touch most sweetners but have been considering truvia as it's a natural product made from the stevia plant.   • I get this too, i'm happiest at10st (140lbs) and constantly get told once I get under 147lb, i'm 5'8 so not unhealthy. Other people don't always know whats best for you, listen to your heart, as long as your healthy thats what counts.
