  • I want to lose around 50 lbs. That puts me on the high side of my ideal weight range, of course if I were to lose more I wouldn't complain.
  • I have been eating a cup of Fiber One honey nut clusters. It's cheaper than the JC cereal and actually lower calorie and higher fiber than the JC ones. I usually have it with 1/2 c skim milk and for a mid morning snack I have fruit and Greek yogurt.
