Hang in there and just keep doing what you're doing. Throughout the month we have hormone issues that can make the scale move all over the place. But if you're tracking your food and working out, the scale will continue to go down. You just have to be patient and kind to yourself. You're doing great!

I am 43 and have been soooo frustrated at my weight creeping up over the years. I was always the thin one! It feels like I have to work harder than ever to keep my weight in check. But I am doing it and slowly seeing some results. I would love to join and support you on your journey!

Salads with lots of fresh veggies works for me, too. You could add lean turkey or tuna to change things up for a while. I try to keep fresh veggies cut up and on hand because they make a great snack. I have been a little lazy myself and want badly to get back in shape. I ran my first 5k earlier this month and want to train for the Warrior Dash. I am nursing a sprained ankle right now and it is killing me! I can't wait to start running again.
