I'll be running a 5 K August 13th. I run 2 a year. I also run the turkey trot on Thanksgiving. In fact it is always a goal that I look forward to. I jog about 2 times a week outside at least 3 miles. Even slow running. I am now walking brisklly as well at least 3 times a week no less than 4.5 miles. It is a real workout..…
