Asics Gel Noosa are the best! I have tried many shoes from Nike Free and Air Max to Reebox and the Asics are the best choice. My feet are cushioned, less injury and the cost is around $120.00 but you can find the older models on Amazon.

I was running last year 3-4 times a week on pavement, grass and turf. I developed plantar fascitis. I would say take it slow. I have not been able to run in a year and I still miss it.:sad:
