  • I'm 5'1 and 170 lbs. and 44 my advice is to pray, watch your calorie intake, drink lots of water, exercise that's fun, eat unhealthy snacks in modification, stay off the scales go by your clothes and how you feel inside because this is truly an inside outside job last but not least be patient give yourself equally the time…
