  • lol I often dream I'm let loose in a food court and there's sooo many cakes and dishes and they all look so good and I can never pick what I want to eat!.. Some times I wake up and I've almost drown in a pool of my own drool lol (gross yes I know) :laugh:
  • I think the cravings are a big killer for me... and dealing with trying to eat well over the weekends. I always give myself Saturdays to eat what I like with no counting cals and it hasn't hindered my weight loss at all.. its when liquid calories on the weekend that do that! Also exercise... I still.. even after 5 months…
  • Personally I'd pick the 3rd pic.. But in the end it should be about where you feel comfortable at and how you feel :)
  • Usually after dinner. Also Sundays. Saturdays are my day where I eat foods I've been craving for the week (with out going over board of course) so I don't count calories on Saturdays but I try and stick to healthy on Sundays but it doesn't always work out because a lot of time I don't do much Sundays and just want to eat!

  • As long as it's not a every weekend thing, go out, have fun and drink up! I find it hard to stick to watching my calories after a few drinks because the more drinks I have the less I care about my weight loss.. but I get back onto the train the next day and most of the time it doesn't effect my weight loss for the week.…
  • Weekends I'd go over at least 2000cals I'm sure of it... I never feel guilty and usually have waited all week to enjoy my naughty foods!
