Yeah. I understand. I generally exercise and only eat half or less back. Today I'm forcing a rest day. I ran a half on sunday. I got to my calorie goal but was still hungry. Thanks

I'll look into that. I try to balance according to the % of fat protein and what not. I take supplements. Just seems like sodium ins in everything..

I have it set at sed. I drive most of the day. So the only exercise is gym or running. 1050 is after I put my burned calories in.

The average is after I run. So say I burn 500 running then I really ate 1570. I think the eat calories are off that's one reason I stay low

i eat them, if I am hungry. just do it in small steps. run till your chest hurts, then walk for a min or two. then start back running. it sucks at first i know. but in the end its worth it. best cardio and best way to keep fit. find a buddy, that helps. also i switch up music and audio books when i run, that really keeps me going on days i "don't…
