OK I am in 10 this month! Starting at 251 having lost 39 and wanting to lose 61 more. It's hard to do this when you live in Louisiana! The food is so goooood! But I have a 40% blockage at age 53. So off to the treadmill I go! I pray each of you eill report a lose of more than 10 to end the summer! God Bless!!
