You got the percentage right, but I'm actually 210. Height is difficult to guess for some people's photos

False. Best time you could possibly have with your clothes on. I've never worked out until I've puked.

I'm not sure what gyms you're visiting or if you've even visited one at all, but this is not the culture in CrossFit. Spreading ignorance to the uninformed helps to perpetuate lies. Remember that? I think most of us learned that lesson in Junior High School, but...some are slower than others. I've been a CrossFit trainer…

There is nothing wrong with eating some junk once in a while. What gets me through my week is a cheat day. Every week or two, Allow yourself one meal where you can eat what you want. As long as you're following a clean eating diet for the rest of the week, the impact will be minimal. Knowing you have a cheat day coming up…

Probably the best written ad on the site. New user. No friends. No details. The ad says late 20s, but the profile says 30 yrs old. Off with you, spammer.

When it comes to calories, a calorie is not a calorie. If you're eating too much fruit (natural sugar) it will spike your insulin level and keep you from burning any fat. Are you paying any attention to your ratios of Carbs, Fats, and Proteins? Ideally, you should eat 40% Carbs (mostly vegetables and SOME fruit), 30% Fats…

Feel free to add me. I am a CrossFit trainer and am pretty decent at helping folks regulate their diet. I've worked with folks who have injuries before, so that's nothing new. Any support you need, just ask. And, no, I'm not selling anything.

I'm loving eating clean. Feel free to add me. I'm very close to Paleo, but I do like cheese from time to time. Meh...

It all depends on your fitness level and nutrition. If you're hitting your workout on an empty stomach, try eating a very small snack 45 minutes before jumping into it. If you're pushing yourself to new levels of intensity in your workout, that will cause nausea, too. If it's a matter of fitness, just push through it.…

I honestly think those types of products aren't helpful at all unless you're not doing any exercise and are relying on how much you walk around to burn your calories. Truth is, if you want to invest in something that will show you real results (yes, I know it's a pain in the butt to use them), a food scale and a good set…

Not only are you getting stronger, you're still a jungle gym like you were when he was a toddler.

I hate it when girls dress like *kitten* for halloween. It speaks volumes about their character. Character determines beauty, not clothing.

You see yourself every day. You're probably not noticing because you're sort of comparing your "now body" to your "yesterday body". Did you take a before pic? I recommend taking pictures of yourself on a bi-weekly basis.
