  • Definitely get a scale! I have a pretty basic one (must get one that can be zeroed so you can put a plate on it). I think I got mine for $8. There are some pretty pricey ones, but I love mine!
  • My biggest weakness is chips. I can't have them in the house at all.   • I just started about a week ago. I'm 26, married with a two year old daughter. My husband tries to be supportive, but it seems like he forgets what I'm trying to do sometimes, which can be hard when he wants to get pizza or McDonalds for dinner. Would love some buddies to help keep me going!
