Audrey Hepburn. Or maybe Halle Berry. Somehow think neither is ever going to happen!

I really like this advice. It rings right and thinking back makes sense with stuff that's happened to my eating. Plus it's non-judgemental. Can we be friends? :flowerforyou:

Did a fantastic asparagus, courgette and pepper risotto for under 300 cals this evening. Ate it before I thought to take a pic. Ooops.

Will someone please tell me why, if this is the case, I have been stuck at my current weight, with some slight fluctuating (usually upwards), for about 11 weeks. I want to lose 10lb before the end of July and am despairing right now. I always eat less than 1500, usually just hit 1200, and am sick of not going down. And…

Hairy Bikers use layers of leeks insted of pasta sheets. I tried it and made a tomato and veg filling with a quark cheese sauce. Worked for me!

Me too!

Not sure whose diary you flicked through but I never eat muffins, rarely eat cookies (once in acouple of weeks and not at all this last month or so), never eat crisps... Yes, I do eat chocolate regularly, it's my treat if I'm under. Also, Roosco Bosko, I don't regularly net under 1000 cals, hardly at all. My weight loss is…

Geordie (Newcastle) slang sayings are the best, though frequently incomprehensible to anyone not from the locale. Some of my favourite (clean) ones are *Are ya funnin'?* You must be joking. *Eee, she's canny.* She's clever/sharp witted. *Tha's clarty.* You're dirty

Depends on day and time available. Bagel toast and marmite porridge Very occasionally I'll do Greek yogurt pancakes, but that's a special weekend treat.

:drinker: Tea and a little skimmed milk. Breakfast (2), Mid morning (1), lunch time (2), after school (1), when I get home (1), with my meal (1), before bed (1). That's 9!! Wow, I've never counted before! I admit it, I'm an addict.

Almost never. I grew up in the 60s and 70s. When we were 'old enough' ( about 10/12) we were allowed to come to my parents' anniversary meal at a 'proper' restaurant. If we travelled we took picnics, my mum cooked every meal from scratch, on holidays we self-catered, and I don't think my dad has ever had a take-away, to…

Maltesers. 1 malteser=11 calories. I treat myself to some if I have cals left at the end of the day and I feel like a choc treat.

Get the spring water kind, drain thoroughly, add as much vinegar as you like (lots!) and some chopped cucumber. I have it on Ryvita or if I feel I've got spare carbs/calories in a wrap.

As much of any salad stuffs as you can add to a couple of veggie sausages. Works for me.

Fage 0% greek yogurt with some blueberries/strawberries stirred in. Nuke them in the microwave before adding if you feel like them jammy. This is a real staple for me, and I love it. If I'm feeling needy then I crumble up a mini meringue (15 cals) and that's pretty special. I once tried adding a sugar free, under 10 cal…

REALLY tricky to ban anything when I have 2 teenage sons who can eat for England, and regularly require copious amounts of anything yummy. However, I avoid looking in the cupboard where we store... 1. Twiglets 2. Chocolate (but only Cadbury presents a major problem) 3. "proper"bread, eg bloomer, farmhouse, onion, tiger,…

I've been getting them for a couple of months, one every 2 weeks. Brightens up a Saturday! They have been interesting, relaiable and encouraged me to try some new flavours. I always rate my box on the website, and choose what I'd like to try soon, and bin the ones I don't want them to send. No trouble so far. They are not…

Sounds good. ty.

I have a Patterdale/Jack Russell cross who has longer legs than you than a pure JR. He runs for ages no problem and walks happily for hours. The only thing is that he does like to stop for a sniff here and there. (Actually that's quite good for me as I really need the excuse to pause!) He also makes me feel a bit less…

Guessing today is 1st April???????

: What are "Peeps" please? And I dont plan to cheat. I have enough weight to drop, without adding any extra today.

I went vegetarian in 1980, never bothered with meat since (just substitutes such as soya protein etc.). I very rarely recall dreams but certainly don't have problems with them in any way.

Smoking. There are no other major vices but this, so I try to convince myself I'm not so bad.:smokin:

True I've never watched Star Wars.

Wow, obviously I am short of guts and intuition. I had absolutely no idea until I recieved the first of 15 anonymous letters from the other woman. Even then I continued to trust him when he denied it saying there must be someone who really hated him if they could write such rubbish and try to hurt us. Kind of fell apart…

Like the sound of this, but what is "flax seed mill" and how do you get it? Or is there a suitable substitute?

Not just lbs lost but years too! Really well done.

coffee and tea. My teenage sons are having McD this evening after late night at work (mine) and sports practice (theirs). I collect it on the way home and enjoy a coffee whilst waiting! :drinker:
Well I understood ya :) 47 days and 220 yards :)
quote this ^^^^^^^ And ~I think in the interests of accuracy a score is 20, so 4 score and 7 would be 87 days... Sorry to be a stickler, but it's an English thing. lol

Oh crikey! Can you imagine the confusion. And suppose we added cwt to the mix! Or the odd furlong here and there? :noway:
