Ladies! Thank you for your replies and making me feel a little more normal! It's amazing how conscious you become of hormone fluctuations when you're trying to lose weight :) ill try the more fruit ideas etc. if I have to eat more ill make it healthy :) thanks again :)

If you read my message, I was asking for advice OR commiseration. I did not ask for a miracle. Just some support and extra ideas. You seem to be trying to argue at this point and I'm not sure why, but chill. I don't think this is a topic you need to take a lot of stock in anyway.

I think that's what happened. I entered my activity and entered time started, but yes I've worn my fit bit since I've woken up. It just seemed like more calories burned than I would have expected. Not complaining, was just a little confused. Thank you for the replies!

BreeNJesse - If you can stop at that, then it should be guilt free! :) maybe I can get there eventually! I love chocolate but feel like I never stop :/ Amd have blood sugar dips without it it seems like. Maybe that's my body saying "stop trying to go without!"
