Start by walking, 5000 steps a day... then work up to 10,000 steps a day... all at one time... a few here, a few there does not count... it takes about an hour to walk 10,000... after 6 months, with eating right, you should be able to start running slowly... ON GRASS... and yes do get proper shoes, clothing and KEEP…
