I actually shed a tear reading those comments. Thanks SO much guys. Its so lovely when family and friends notice you've lost weight. But when you get such encouragment and praise from people you don't know, it's a whole new feeling. Thank you.

Its a workout class on a stationary bike. You have a control to change the resistance and an instructor with motivating music to tell you what to do and when. An hour goes by so quickly when you're doing different things on a bike. Its defintiely going to be my new regular class!!

Make sure you track EVERYTHING you eat... it'll make you realise what you're eating and even encourage you to eat better. Read the message boards and make friends. Feel free to add me. I find having the support right there on my home page is great motivation! :)

If you're just starting out weight loss I'd just go to the gym/swimming (whatever your membership would cover) and see how often you would be going and if you would actually stick to it. I don't know if I can say they tone your bum etc but one thing they do do it help with posture and comfort when walking. My mum has arthritus in her leg and its all she wears now. She cant believe how comfortable they make it when she walks and just does general day to day things in them!

Sounds a bit complicated but for the first week I looked up on MFP the 5 min walk calories burnt. Then how many of the 20mins I'd be running, then how many I'd be walking. Track those two numbers individuially, add them all up and then enter it into MFP as "C25K" with the number you get! :) Wont be exact but for me it made…
