Help - tough few weeks coming up...

NSV - Literally lighter in water...
I know in water you always feel a lot lighter. But today was the first time I actually FELT 25 pound lighter when I was in the pool!! When swimming, I just felt... LIGHTER. Definitely made me happier and like I could swim faster!

Exercise the day before weigh in...
Today I did a fair amount of exercise, an hours walk, a gym session, swimming and the 30DS (So cardio and strength). It's my weigh in tomorrow, will this effect it cause of muscles or water....? I don't really know how it works or even if it will have an effect but am interested to know.

Sodium question - too little?!
I only started looking at my sodium intake a few days ago when I included it in my diary options and looking back over the past two weeks I've been significantly under my 2500g a day recommendation.
