Oh I'm happy... happy happy happy... and it's days like today that make me more determined to carry on. I'm getting healthier for myself. That's my number one priority but outsiders definitely have an influence - especially when you feel you're lacking that "kick" to work that bit harder....

Today... I met up with two of my friends who were back from uni - both who commented on how slim i was looking... (one of their mums did too!!)

Then at work.... One of my old colleages/close friends came in and was like "Jess, you look gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous" and kept saying it when she saw me... "I can't get over it - I keep looking at you!"
A bit later two of my close guy mates came up to me and one of them was like.. "Jess, you look great - you've lost so much weight! Seriously you look brilliant" and the other one looked really awkward... like... him agreeing was sayng I was really fat before (which I was but he doesn't wanna say it!) so he was like... "yeah - you look so much better - well not that you were like bad before, but you do look great now.... etc etc"
Then one of our bouncers came up to me and was like "Have you lost weight? I didnt want to say anything incase you got offended but you look so good" Aaah I gave him the biggest hug!
Then the other bouncer hugged me goodbye and whispered in my ear "Have you been losing even more weight?! Keep at it girl you look amazing!"

Ahhhhh deeary me! Thats EIGHT... 8... eight people in one day... It felt so good. Honestly... so good I didnt stop beaming!!! Definitely helps seeing as I work behind a bar with 3 girls who are a size 6, 6 and 8!

So there's my NSV's..... They cheered me right up!!!!
